Marble consists of calcspar – broken rocks, plants and shellfish, which under high pressure and at high temperature has been formed 1.5 to 3 billion years ago. As a result of the different mineral content marble vary greatly in colour and hardness.
Marble, limestone and sandstone have many uses. They are particularly suitable for table tops, fireplace cladding, staircases, wall cladding and for bathroom vanities. They create a beautiful and aesthetic space and require minimum maintenance.
